Our favorite part of our job is meeting guests from all over the world. We make it a point to personally try and meet all of our guests during their stay to ensure they have a 5-star vacation while staying with us at one of our properties. Making your vacation a memorable experience is our passion, and our repeat guests prove it.

From making safety recommendations and regular property check-ins to managing your rentals so you can earn optimal revenue, we make sure all of your bases are covered. 


We understand that you are looking for a property manager who has a good feel for the local market. A great property manager, JPS, will know the ins and outs of your location — high season, low season, competing rates, what types of property are most popular in the area, and how local regulations and trends are affecting vacation rentals. We outperform traditional property managers for a
fraction of the cost.

  • Provide owner log in on all rental sites to see upcoming bookings.

  • WE take out all trash and recycling - NOT the guest to ensure it is taken out every week.

  • Pre-stay walk through.

  • We set guests up with everything they need to know to rest easy at your place, including your address and how to access the property.

  • We meet 90 % of our guests in person either the day of check in or the next day, to ensure everything is what they expected and more! If we happen to be on pout of town ourselves, we let our guests know ahead of time who will be stopping by to check in with them, along with a direct phone number to an employee for assistance while we are away.

  • We maintain and fix all small issues. If we can't fix the problem, we have people we work closely with that are trustworthy and reliable.

  • Included in our 19% fee, additional benefits you receive are: bath towels, beach towels, dish soap, dish towels, hand soap, laundry soap, paper towels, and toilet paper for your guests.

  • Whether your guest has a question about your home or needs some help booking, we answer all of their inquiries — and our goal is to get back to them in under 15 minutes. This adds up to more rental income and a huge time savings for you.

  • Payment is sent out by the 15th of every month via bank transfer.
